Orders are shipped typically within 2-3 business days from the USA.
We now offer First Class and Priority Mail postage through USPS calculated by weight for all orders. You can choose the rate that best fits your needs.
Free Shipping-Promotional free shipping options may be available for qualifying purchases. Orders that meet the purchase requirements will show a cost of $0.00. Orders that do not qualify will list a default rate of $15.
International Shipping-Due to the complex nature of international shipping, we have made the decision to ship within the United States only. If you would like a package sent internationally, we recommend the use of a professional forwarding service.
Our site automatically sends a shipping email with a tracking number for your package. Be sure to add contact@reginaswatercolor.com to your contacts or please check your spam folder for updates.
We are always happy to combine multiple orders destined for the same location and refund excess shipping charges. Sometimes we offer new products for Pre-order. If you elect to add other items to a pre-order item, we will wait until that item is available and send everything in one shipment. If you prefer to have the other items in such a scenario sent right away; we will need to charge a separate shipping fee. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
HOLIDAY/COVID-19: Please note that due to a surplus of packages, staffing issues and possible pandemic related circumstances affecting shipping companies-your package could be delayed and not arrive by the advertised date (including not moving from one location to the next for days or weeks). If this should happen to your package, we will be happy to file a case with the carrier and await their determination (this may take 2 weeks or more). We recommend the use of Priority or Priority Mail Express for a more timely delivery that is insured (note that Regina's Watercolor, LLC cannot guarantee time-frames advertised by the United States Postal Service).
RETURNS
Regina's Watercolor, LLC appreciates our customers. Our refund policy does not accept returned products for a refund. However, we understand that sometimes things may go amiss. We work hard to ensure all orders are packaged protectively and shipped complete. Should breakage or damage be present upon arrival, the customer will have 5 days (from receiving) to contact Regina's Watercolor via email with name, order number and a description of the issue and a photo if possible.
