Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are shipped typically within 2-3 business days from the USA. All purchases are handled and packaged by Regina herself to ensure quality. There are no drop-shipping options or international distribution warehouses handling Regina's Watercolor products due to the hand-crafted and limited nature of goods created. International shipping options are limited and we are happy to answer any questions you may have if not covered in the details below.

Flat rate shipping options through USPS are available for most US-based customers calculated by weight. The fees cover the cost of postage and specialized packaging. Some locations will include real-time shipping rates along with upgraded features for you to choose from during checkout. If you are a US customer and would like to upgrade your shipping service, contact us directly and we will send you an estimate based on your request.

International Customers
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, delays and disruption of services may occur. We check the latest updates on each Country before shipping your order. If for any reason we find that borders have closed down before we purchase postage for your package, we will reach out to you. In such a case we are happy to provide a full refund.

We will make every effort to ship anywhere that accepts packages from the USA. If you place an order and we discover that your location will not accept the package, we will notify you and provide a full refund. Please do check with your local government about any limitations on goods shipped from the USA.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Regina's Watercolor, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes assessed by local governments which are are due upon delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the recipient (tariffs, taxes, duty fees). These fees cannot be calculated by Regina's Watercolor or the United States Postal Service prior to shipping. There are hundreds of locations that change their policies daily. Please consider checking with your local government for the most accurate expectation of cost.

Our ability to send items to any given Country is a privilege that we wish to maintain and thus we will not remove pricing from documents, mark items as gifts or samples etc. It is required that accurate values of goods sold be clearly shown for customs clearance.

We offer real time rates calculated at checkout through USPS. Please be aware that not all options offer you additional insurance for your package so if you opt for the most economical postage such as First-Class International, recovery options may be more limited. All rates are calculated at checkout based on weight of goods, package dimensions and destination. Depending on the shipping service selected at checkout, tracking of your package may be limited once your package goes to customs.

Express International
We offer a door-to-door service where all duties and taxes will be covered by Regina's Watercolor. Your order will be delivered straight to you with no additional fees or customs. Please do share any special delivery details in the notes section of your order. We charge a general fee of $100-$150 based on weight and destination for this service. Items typically arrive in 2-3 days once we hand them over to the carrier. Please note that in the rare event that you are located in an area of the world with an excessively high shipping fee we may need to ask you to pay for additional charges. In such a case, we will contact you to share the rates provided to us by the carrier and you will have the option to pay the additional fees or cancel your order for a full refund (we will not ship without your approval).

Disclaimer
While we want to assist however we can to ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner, once we hand a package over to USPS or other Express Carrier such as FedEx, ownership transfers to the buyer. If your package is lost, held or damaged due to the carrier's error, or incorrect shipping information, you will need to follow up with the carrier and potentially file a claim. Please do notify us if such an issue occurs so we can help track the situation. In the event that an error occurred on our end we will work with you on a case by case basis to resolve the situation-we may request pictures to better understand any product or packaging concerns.
