Orders are shipped typically within 7 business days from the USA.
Postage through USPS calculated by weight for all orders. We will provide a rate based on destination and package weight. If your order total comes to $75 or more we offer free Ground shipping through USPS. If you prefer Priority or other expedited shipping, let us know and we can provide a quote.
International Shipping-Due to the complex nature of international shipping, we have made the decision to ship within the United States only. If you would like a package sent internationally, we recommend the use of a professional forwarding service. (This means that if you need $75 on your art supplies, we will send you package to a mail forwarder of your choice for free-must be located within the United States. Let us know when ordering so we can provide all the paperwork they will need).
A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you once we process your order. Be sure to add [email protected] to your contacts or please check your spam folder for updates.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY DATE GENERATED BY THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. THE DATES PROVIDED VIA THE USPS TRACKING SYSTEM ARE NOT UNDER THE CONTROL OF REGINA'S WATERCOLOR. LATER DELIVERY THAN EXPECTED DUE TO USPS IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REFUND.
HOLIDAYS: Please note that due to a surplus of packages, staffing issues and possible pandemic related circumstances affecting shipping companies-your package could be delayed and not arrive by the advertised date (including not moving from one location to the next for days or weeks). If this should happen to your package, we will be happy to file a case with the carrier and await their determination (this may take 2 weeks or more). We recommend the use of Priority or Priority Mail Express for a more timely delivery that is insured (note that Regina's Watercolor, LLC cannot guarantee time-frames advertised by the United States Postal Service).
RETURNS
Regina's Watercolor, LLC appreciates our customers. Our refund policy does not accept returned products for a refund. However, we understand that sometimes things may go amiss. We work hard to ensure all orders are packaged protectively and shipped complete. Should breakage or damage be present upon arrival, the customer will have 5 days (from receiving) to contact Regina's Watercolor via email with name, order number and a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We will make every effort to rectify the problem within a timely manner. All replacement issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. [email protected]
