Modern organic pigment known as Brilliant Cad Red. This intense Foundation Color closely resembles a Poppy flower. It is not quite red, not quite orange. Blend various shades of Orange easily by mixing with Yellows. A great addition to any palette...this color helps one achieve a variety of natural hues when mixed with others and especially fun browns. We recommend testing it mixed with all the colors in your collection just to see what happens!
All pigments and ox gall used are sourced from AP certified manufacturers. Honey, arabic gum and clove oil used in mulling these handmade paints are of the finest quality (food and therapeutic grade). The final product is non-toxic, transparent, lightfast, artist quality and inter-mixable. Made in the USA.
